Back to Life

Today I signed up for fall semester classes. I have missed two semesters to my health issues and I am so excited at the prospect of being closer to my end goal. There are a couple of classes I will need the next few weeks to wrap my head around before I start. I will have to fight the impulse to get on STLCC and click on the "web drop button." Those classes are oceanography, yoga and american politics. All three classes are prerequisites to me getting my associates degree in about a year. I also have a design II class and a drawing I class. Next semester, as for the "naked drawing" class I may have to take, I have a call into the head of the art department to see if there is an alternative class or even two classes to take in its' place. I will openly beg, sob or weep if I have to.

Honestly, I can hardly wait for it to begin. Yoga sounds fun and oceanography might be interesting considering the current events.

It feels like my life again.

If you have to take that class maybe you'll get to draw Mrs. Claus this time. And if you are really lucky she will be some of the elves. I would pay just to see the expression on your face and your hand shaking.
