Jon is on the couch every night.
I have slept in our bed upstairs.
Both of us are in pain.
He won't come upstairs and I won't go downstairs.
Jon started it. He will admit to that.
His pain is different than mine.
And while this all sounds terrible, it's not as terrible as it sounds.
You see...
Jon had surgery on his knee last week and after a trip to the emergency room I have an
inflamed (bulging just sounds insulting) disk.
Until the pains improve, Jon and I will remain
Separated!

This is cassie.... No.... You don't have to beg me, lunch sounds great!
So sorry you are both so incapacitated! Hope you recover soon. In the meantime, I'll lend you my embroidered pillow that says, "This too, shall pass."
