Today I officially became a member of the "Chubbie Club" and I am very excited! Set up as a competition among other chubbies, we battle the number on the scale together through a blog and weekly weigh-ins. I am signed up with 50 other chubbies across the globe; four other chubbies I know personally. Each week the two who lose the least percentage of weight are dropped from the competition and can continue as an at home loser. I know my weakness is sweets so I have to overcome that craving more than anything else!
So here is my strategy to win, cause I LOVE competition and this prize is MONEY, maybe 100 grand, but for sure it will be a payday!
1. Weight watchers online is my program to lose the unwanted mounds as to avoid the snickers of a live weigh-in.
2. I will walk 3 times a week along a rocky road and I will do 50 push-pops every day and as many crunches as I can to get rid of my jelly belly.
3. I will meet with my personal trainer twice a week where I will gain better ideas for strengthening my muscles, good and plenty. I know he is tough and there will be times I will have to take five but I know I can do anything!
Lastly, I just need to forget about unhealthy food in my thinking, vocabulary and daily habits. I am ready for the change and I feel strong and can see the starburst and the end of the tunnel.
